A contemporary light bodied style crafted from Shiraz & Tempranillo, based on the original Lamont’s Light Red from the nineties. Bright ruby red colour with aromas of black cherry and a palate of blackberry bramble, red currants, cranberry and crunchy acidity. Matured in aged puncheons for three months before blending and bottling.
Best served chilled.

Navera
A classic Australian liqueur style is made from Swan Valley low-yielding
old vine, dry grown Navera (a Muscat derivative), Pedro Ximenez (PX)
and Frontignac (Brown Muscat). The components of this wine are aged
for an average of twenty years before careful selection and blending.
The colour in the glass is a brilliant deep golden/amber with a slight
khaki hue. The bouquet - a lift of ripe apricots, raisins and liqueured
cumquats. The palate is rich, warm and luscious with a long lingering
finish. To surprise and delight, try it also as a cocktail with plenty of ice
and a small wedge of lime (squeeze out the juice first).500mlAlc/Vol 19%

Pemberton Chardonnay - hand picked and pressed direct to second use French oak puncheons for barrel fermentation, full malolactic, monthly batonnage, and eight months maturation on total solids.Funky gun flint aromatics and struck match sulphides from holding the wine unsulphured on total solids create a different style that may push you out of your comfort zone, you're welcome!The natural acidity keeps the wine taut and in balance, reflecting the quality of the region it was sourced.Push the boundaries and see if they push back!
