2020 Corin’s BlendThis popular wine style is a happy blend of equal portions of Shiraz, Grenache and Mataro, all Swan Valley sourced fruit. Following fermentation, the individual wines were matured in second use French oak for 8 months prior to bottling. Aromatic ripe plums and spice introduces a generous middle palate with tannins soft and juicy with just a hint of well married oak. Displaying the benefit of almost 18 months bottle age has now made this medium bodied wine with its clean finish eminently drinkable. Recommended to be served lightly chilled in summer.
Muscat
Made from Muscat a Petit Grains, named for the vine’s small berries and seeds.Produced from low-yielding vines.Soft and smooth, with floral notes on the nose, and honey and orange on the palate. 500mlAlc/Vol 19% "Our fortifieds have been made to sip & savour! However, by grabbing your favourite
