Made as a special birthday present to Corin, this Beaujolais-style red is made from Cabernet Sauvignon with a small parcel of Tempranillo and Malbec. Lamont’s Swan Valley is proud to announce and warmly welcomes the arrival of the 2019 Chardonnay. Made from grapes sourced from Margaret River’s Edinger Estate vineyard, initially barrel fermented and lees stirred in second use French barriques. Following completion of fermentation, the settled wine received a further five month barrel maturation prior to recent bottling. Although young, the wine is aromatic and generous. The subtle use of oak together with developed stone fruit flavours allow for a complete and satisfying wine.
