2020 Corin’s Blend
This popular wine style is a happy blend of equal portions of Shiraz, Grenache and Mataro, all Swan Valley sourced fruit. Following fermentation, the individual wines were matured in second use French oak for 8 months prior to bottling.
Aromatic ripe plums and spice introduces a generous middle palate with tannins soft and juicy with just a hint of well married oak. Displaying the benefit of almost 18 months bottle age has now made this medium bodied wine with its clean finish eminently drinkable. Recommended to be served lightly chilled in summer.

Navera

A classic Australian liqueur style is made from Swan Valley low-yielding
old vine, dry grown Navera (a Muscat derivative), Pedro Ximenez (PX)
and Frontignac (Brown Muscat). The components of this wine are aged
for an average of ten years before careful selection and blending.
The colour in the glass is a brilliant deep golden/amber with a slight
khaki hue. The bouquet - a lift of ripe apricots, raisins and liqueured
cumquats. The palate is rich, warm and luscious with a long lingering
finish. To surprise and delight, try it also as a cocktail with plenty of ice
and a small wedge of lime (squeeze out the juice first).

Lamont’s Black Monster
$55.00
- SOLD OUT -
2021 Black Monster Made from single vineyard Donnybrook Malbec, a small production wine and Lamont’s flagship red. A deep burgundy black with typical magenta rim, aromatics of dark plum and blackberry. This wine spent 15 months in 60% new oak (Hermitage) and 40% second use (D & J) prior to bottling. The natural acidity provides the backbone around which the generous fruit and well married oak linger to give heighten flavours on the late palate. As yet youthful, the wine is dense, velvety and drying, showing great cellaring potential.
