baguette, marinated olives, salted butter


Off the BBQ: available 12 – 3pm

scotch fillet, satay chicken skewers, sausage


Fresh seasonal salad bar:

seasonal roast vegetables, rosemary salt

couscous – roast sweet potato, asparagus, wild rice, honey Dijon dressing

pasta –  toasted corn, spinach, cherry tomatoes, pesto

potato – egg, spring onion, chives, mustard dressing

green – cos, avocado, buttermilk dressing

Greek style – tomato, cucumber, olives, halloumi, red onion, balsamic  


Dessert to finish

crème caramel, poached strawberries, cream
