First, we hope you are all well. There’s no two ways about it - this is a tough period and we'd like to send you a huge thank you for your support and trust, it's very much appreciated.
The health and wellbeing of our staff and customers is our number one priority. The majority of our events and weddings are proceeding as planned.
We can confirm that no staff or immediate family members have returned from any at-risk countries after Feb 1 2020, nor are any in self-isolation. Our staff have all been advised to adhere to all nominated medical protocols.
We are taking all precautions necessary and are monitoring daily media, following guidelines very closely and adhering to Federal and State Government updates as the situation continues to evolve.
Our venues have always been at the highest standard and this will continue. Given this current situation, extra cautionary measures have been put in place such as more regularly sanitising door handles and rails and other activities. Disposable cutlery and disposable glasses will be available at our venues on request.
Our daily customer interaction tells us that people are self-isolating and getting tested – people are being vigilant and being cautious around their own risk. We have also found that customers are not being deterred from our venues.
We’ll continue to deliver good food, good wine and good company for as long as we can. Our dining rooms are spacious and outdoor. We are maintaining our current opening hours at all our venues and look forward to welcoming you.
Most importantly, in this time of uncertainty, please look after yourself and others. Take a break from the news, follow guidelines. There’s nothing more important than your physical and mental health.
If you do have any questions, please feel free to contact.
