Steeped in old world charm and majestically standing among the high rises of the Perth CBD, Lamont’s Bishops House has been an iconic CBD dining location for more than two decades.
Executive Chef Nathan Le has been managing our kitchens for over a decade, and imparts a unique interpretation on fashionable food, including a delightful marriage between fresh and local ingredients. He uniquely combines traditional cooking methods with new techniques, while always staying true to the idea of simple flavor combinations.
“Perth, being isolated from other cities, brings its own challenges. But it’s these challenges that make the food in Perth fresh – taking world flavours and using local ingredients from Wagyu beef to amazing seafood and truffles. Cooking with these ingredients is one of the most satisfying aspects of being a chef in Perth” – Nathan Le
Bishops House can offer you private dining room options, cocktail events under the stars, balcony dining while watching the sun set, and unique dinner settings in our outdoor gardens. The wonderful surrounds of Lamont’s Bishop’s house can also provide the setting for your wedding ceremony and photographic opportunities. Our central location within the CBD enables easy access to other locations if you desire. We are also in close proximity to boutique and premium hotels in and around central Perth.
